Das Käsefestival ist vieles: ein Käse- und Feinschmecker-Markt, eine Fachmesse, ein Treffen von Gleichgesinnten. Und es ist zweifelsohne ein Branchenhighlight. Aber all das beschreibt es noch nicht ausreichend. Es ist nämlich vielmehr ein Gefühl.

Il Festival del formaggio è un concetto plurale: è un mercato del formaggio e per i buongustai, una fiera di Slow Food, un incontro di chi ha una passione in comune. Ed è senza dubbio anche una manifestazione di spicco del settore. Tutto ciò però non lo descrive adeguatamente. Infatti è molto di più, sconfina nell'emozione.
